of this site, and all the sites listed below. We reserve the right to modify
these terms at any time, so please check this page periodically for changes and
updates. By using these sites after we post any changes to these terms, you
agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them or been
notified about them.

Owners and Collectors of

These terms of use apply to your use of all of the Sites and
services owned, hosted, or operated by 320 Media LLC (collectively “we,” “us,”
or “our”), and any other site that we have owned or operated, do own and
operate or may own or operate in the future including social media sites (collectively,
the “Sites”). Unless we say otherwise, all references to the Sites in these
terms of use include all such Sites.

Please note that the “Terms of Use” are different and separate
from the “Terms and Conditions” associated with registering for any of our live
events and seminars.

Restrictions

The contents of our Sites are protected by copyright and
trademark laws, and are the property of their owners. All information on the
Sites is copyrighted. Unless otherwise noted, you may access and use the information
and materials within the Sites for your personal use. You may not change,
modify, delete, display, transmit, adapt, exploit, or copy for distribution or
sale any information, material, trademark, or copyright on the Sites. You must
obtain written permission from us or any other entity who owns intellectual
property on the Sites before you may publish, distribute, display, or
commercially exploit any material from the Sites. By using the Sites, you agree
to abide by all copyright notices or other posted restrictions.

Live Events, Information,
and Changes

The events, information, and speakers listed on our Sites are
subject to change without notification. Dates for live events including Tour
Events, Secrets of Attraction Seminars, and the “Matthew Hussey Retreat: The
Live Experience” can change.

We are committed to ensuring that your experience with us is the
best that it can be and it is therefore vital that you provide us with any
relevant information with regard to any medical conditions, illness or
disability that you may have.

Please ensure that we are explicitly made aware of the extent of
any medical issues/disabilities (whether temporary, substantial or long term)
from which you may suffer prior to your booking and prior to your taking part
in any Event, Seminar or Retreat so that we have the opportunity to make sure
that proper provision is made for your comfort.

Special Promotions

From time to time we will introduce special promotions,
including bonus offers, discounts and free guides connected to certain of our
products. Those promotions will be expressly limited in terms of the window of
time during which they are available for acceptance, limited in terms of the
number of places available and limited to certain products/services. The terms
upon which those special promotions may be accepted may not be varied and the
strict terms of any such promotions will be final and binding.

Guarantees and Refund
Policy

We cannot and do not make any guarantees about your ability to
get results with our ideas, information, tools or strategies. We don’t know you
and, besides, your results in life are up to you.

However, we constantly strive to help you by giving great
content, coaching, direction, and strategies and we are so confident in the
content of our programmes that we provide you with a 30-day ‘satisfaction guarantee’
in relation to any of the following programmes: The Momentum Texts, What Men Want, How to Talk to Men, Get Him Running Back to You, Attraction to Commitment, Impact, and the At-Home Retreat [see below for more information]. If you are not happy for any reason with the quality of any of the aforementioned programmes that you have purchased,
just ask for your money back within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your
payment. We do not offer refunds for our Love Life Club subscription programme.

If you would like to request a refund for the aforementioned products, simply email us at support@howtogettheguy.com.
and your refund will be processed within 24 hours.

Please note that for our “Matthew Hussey Retreat: The At-Home Program,” we offer a 30-day ‘satisfaction
guarantee’ for this program. If you would like to request a refund, please
follow the very simple instructions in the membership site under “Your Account & Billing.”
Once you’ve completed the Cancellation Request form found there, our team will
process any applicable refunds within 48 hours. Refunds will only be given within 30 days
of your initial purchase date. Outstanding installment payments will not be cancelled after the 30-day
window has passed.

Subscription Programme
Charges

Our Love Life Club programme is a monthly subscription
which provides continuous in-depth coaching to equip you to find and create the
relationship you seek. It provides access to our members area and the live
monthly coaching webinars with Matthew Hussey. The cost of the programme is
billed every month or every year depending on the billing cycle you have chosen, until you decide to cancel your membership of the programme
which you can do at anytime. 

We do not accept refund requests for the Love Life Club programme. However, you can cancel your membership of this programme instantly at any time by emailing us at support@howtogettheguy.com. 

Please keep in mind that canceling your membership does not entitle any full or partial refund(s) for any unused time during the billing cycle(s) in question.

Our Products and Services are Educational

You should know that all the products and services by our
company are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this
page, any of our websites, or any of our content is a promise or guarantee of
results, and we do not offer any medical, legal or other professional advice.
You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and
results in life, and by your registration here you agree not to attempt to hold
us liable for your decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any
circumstance.

No Professional Advice

will not review or consider any unsolicited creative submissions or suggestions
for topics at our seminars or within our newsletters or products. We hope you
will understand that this policy is intended to avoid the possibility of future
misunderstandings in the event that ideas developed by our staff might seem to
be similar to the ideas submitted to us.

Accordingly, we must ask that you not send us any original
creative ideas, suggestions or materials. If, despite our request, you send us
any idea, suggestion or material (“Submission”), it shall become our property.
We will not be subject to any obligation of confidence for any Submission, and
we will not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submission.

In the case that you submit something to us and it is
unsolicited, we will exclusively own all rights to the Submission worldwide,
and we will be entitled to the unrestricted use of the Submission for any
purpose, without compensation or notification to the provider of the
Submission. Given this fact, we ask that you refrain from submitting creative
materials, content or projects to us, particularly those that are confidential
or personal to you.

Disclaimers

The information, services, products, claims, seminar topics, and
materials on our Sites are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind,
either expressed or implied. We disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied,
including but not limited to implied effectiveness of the ideas or success
strategies listed on this site as well as those that are provided in our
products or to our participants at our events. The only exception is any
guarantees of satisfaction that are clearly labelled as guarantees within our
Sites. Neither we nor any of our respective licensors, licensees or suppliers
warrant that any functions contained in the Sites will be uninterrupted or

Neither we nor any of our respective licensors, licensees or suppliers warrant

Parental
Permission

we will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children
under 18. We strongly recommend that parents participate in their children’s

Explicit
Language & Mature Content

On our Sites we will occasionally discuss mature topics and
language relating to relationships and to personal and professional growth that
may use explicit language. Users who are uncomfortable with such topics or
language should not use our Sites.

Confidentiality
and Non-Competition

Users of our Sites acknowledge that they understand that the
tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented on our Sites
are copyrighted and proprietary, and agree not to record, duplicate,
distribute, teach or train from our information in any manner whatsoever
without our express written permission. Any unauthorised use or distribution of
the our Sites proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property

of any other companies or organisations, including any we may link to. We do
not maintain, create, endorse, or take any responsibility for the contents,
advertising, products or other materials made available through any other site,
including those we link to. Under no circumstances will we be held responsible
or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage that is caused or
alleged to have been caused to you in connection with your use of any content,
goods or services available on any other site. Other Sites may link to our
Sites by permission only. To seek our permission, you may contact us using the
contact details above. We reserve the right to rescind any permission granted
to you or any organisation in which we approve linking to our Sites, and to
require termination of any such link to any of the Sites, at our discretion at

Policy

have explained in detail the steps we take to do so. We control this site from
offices in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. We do not
represent that materials on the site are appropriate or available for use in
other locations. Persons who choose to access this site from other locations do
so on their own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with local laws,
if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Exceptions

example, the information is used to reserve your seat, to track your
preferences, and to keep you informed about the seminar and related events. As

filling out and submitting an online form. It is entirely optional for you to

so that we know which areas of our sites are favorites of our users, which
