I completely broke down. It succinctly described how I often feel about my traumas. The magnitude of them. The recognition of the weight of the pain we bear and try to hold is so immense that when we tap into it or hit on it like David did here, the release for that part that carries our pain is like a years worth of therapy. It’s a road map on living your life. I recommend this book to any and everyone. I have dog-eared and underlined so many passages in this book, it becomes a yearly read to put life on track.
