I thought you were from London yourself originally? Are you definiltey sure this will work? I have been to all those places and usually what happens quite a lot in London is that people don’t talk to each other… AT ALL! I can stand there, trying to make eye contact with a guy who is trying twice as hard to avoid eye contact with everyone.

And this seems to apply to every man in London EVER. This was something I’ve been struggling with a lot. I’ve lived in London for 2 years now and moved here from a small provincial town in the countryside of the Netherlands, looking for my perfect charming Englishman. I assumed that in a big city the streets would be packed with single, eligible men and it would be really easy to find a boyfriend. However, moving to this city, I did SEE a lot of single, eligible and charming gentlemen, but they all seemed to be so busy avoiding people that I grew really disappointed. I decided to switch over to online dating but that hasn’t helped much either. Do you have any recommendations?
